  • Student of Concern – Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) Form

提交教育制裁

All student conduct sanctions must be reported in the 学生处分提交门户 as outlined in your student outcome letter sent to you via your College email. If you have misplaced a sanction document or have questions, contact us at conduct@pgcc.edu.

暂停后释放-重新进入

Students who are requesting a release of a student conduct hold on their account or intend to reapply after being suspended must submit a student conduct 暂停释放-暂停后重新进入 submission request form. 所有被学院停学的学生必须在重新申请之前填写完整的表格。

学生背景调查

  1. Contact the 学生权利和责任办公室 at 301-546-0887 or conduct@pgcc.edu or stop by the Office of Student Life.
  2. 填写所有必要的表格。 Students can bring the form to the Office of Student Affairs or email them in PDF format to conduct@pgcc.edu.
  3. 欢迎联邦背景调查人员停止向学生生活办公室发送电子邮件或传真，以核实行为记录、学术诚信记录、第九条记录、入学日期和大学执法记录。

学生权利和责任办公室的工作人员将在五个工作日内通过电子邮件与您联系，并告知背景调查的结果。 大多数请求在工作日结束时完成。

If you are looking to obtain copies of transcripts or enrollment verifications, you can submit your request to the 司法常务官办公室 at registrar@pgcc.edu Bladen Hall, Room 126 on the Largo campus.

If you are looking to complete a background investigation for a former employee (that was not enrolled at the College as a student), you can submit your request to 人力资源.
